Interesting, the only way that start and end time can be the same, is when you enter the duration manually. If you're using the timer then the times have to be different.

Is it the case with some random tasks, or are all tasks similar?

Hi Alex, the project page was rewritten quite recently. Now we're gradually improving it based on user feedback.
