Hi Robin, sorry to hear that. Actually we're quite positive about the tool. We were looking for a good hosted support platform, and there are not so many options. One alternative was uservoice.com, but it's geared towards feature requests not support activities.

Hello, currently there is no good way to share projects/clients between different workspaces.

Workspaces were initially designed to be separated entities for security reasons. For example if you have quite different teams on different workspaces, then how would you define which projects will be shared and which ones not.

I'd recommend to keep projects in the same workspace.

We're considering the idea to move projects/clients between workspaces. But problems with reporting would then arise. Should the existing time entries remain in the old workspace or be transferred to the new one?

Currently you can't use Google Sign in for the Toggl Desktop. We're looking for a solution, but it takes some time.

Right now you can use standard Toggl password for that purpose (you can enter password under My Settings on Toggl web interface)

Hi there, the pie chart is on the Dasboard. Just select the Home menu and then Dashboard. It should be the default page when you log in to Toggl.

Currently you can't. Actually the feature is in our future ideas list, but currently there are dozens of higher priority tasks that we're implementing on a bi-weekly basis.

If there is a continued interest from more of our users, then we'll upgrade the priority for this request.
