Thank you for reporting the problem. Please try the following fixes:
1. download http://www.topazlabs.com/src/adjust34...
2. unzip it and follow the instruction in the ReadMe file.
Please let us know if it fixes your problem.

I think we have something that could have fixed this problem. Will get back to you in a couple of days.
Meanwhile, you can work around it by:
1. make sure you have the latest version
2. disable multi-core support: Topaz DeNoise, click "Menu..." -> Preference -> Check "Disable multi-processor support" box, and restart Photoshop.
This should make our plug-in works together with OnOne's.

Hi Dabow,
The number is about right. So it is just slow in normal sense.
Currently Topaz Adjust can only make effective use of 3~4 cores. So your quadcore will not be fully utilized. We know this is the area that need the most improvement and we are working on it.
A plus side is that it is quite fast after pre-processing stage, especially if you are experimenting with parameters a lot.

Hi Dabow,
What is the size of image, in terms of WxH in pixels? How long does the pre-processing take? If you open "Activity Monitor", what is the percentage of CPU use?
I just want to make sure that the software is running properly on your system.
P.S. The "faster snail" expression is pretty funny :-) I sometimes has the same feeling. We are working on it. (Will take some time since the algorithm is very computational intensive and we have pretty much done what we can to speed it up. But we are looking for a faster algorithm...).

Hi Gareth,
9000 pixel wide is too big for a machine with 2GBRAM usingTopaz Adjust. If the picture's height is small, say 2000. Try to rotate the picture 90 degree so that it is in portrait orientation. Topaz uses less memory when picture is narrower.
If the picture is just too big, you might have to find a machine with 64-bit CS4 on which you will have no problem to process it. Sorry about it.
