I need to issue a credit note for an invoice that we've issued. Is there a way of doing this and if so will it remove the amount from our total owed?

great idea. i've just got a check for 8 invoices and it can be quite time consuming ticking them all off! Can't wait for the feature.

Yes, I just sent a test email that worked fine. So looks like it's only when adding the PDF - but that is unfortunately how we send them out.

Ideally i want to add it to the 'Additional Descriptive Text' but I can't use a £ symbol without everything after it disappearing. So I can't write:

Option A - £200

as everything after and including the '£' disappears

Looks like I'll have to swap to Firefox as I've tried using safari 3 and 4 and still get 2 emails but only 1 with Firefox.

Just so you know when I changed my email address I received 2 emails asking me to verify my email. I was using firefox at the time.

Optional line items

Is there any way in a proposal to make a line items optional? We often want to show a menu of 3 options with different prices - but for these not to be added to the overall total.

For example:

Widget - £10

Options:
Small box - £2
Medium box - £3
Large box - £5

The client needs to choose 1 of the 3 box options (not all 3). But currently the total would be £12, 13 or £15.

Can anyone help?

I use Safari 2 on Mac OSX 10.5.6

Also tried Safari 3 on the same and safari from my iphone.

I just did a test invoice sent to Steve (contact), cc'd in Allan (additional email box) and I am already cc'd in (using the default tick box option). I purposely clicked twice and received 4 emails.

Hi Steve, it's happened with all of the invoices we've sent from our account so far. 905 is a good example.

I have send out a test invoice to a contact with no email address and cc'd myself in on the "Email copy to" field. I then receive 2 identical emails.

The account is set up with my email address - does the system auto cc in the email that opened the account?

When I tick the box to copy myself into invoice emails I receive two emails. This happens when I send out invoices attached as PDFs, but this is the only way I send invoices so i don't know if this happens using the other methods. How can I stop this? and will my clients also be receiving duplicate emails?
