It might be viruses. I am in Guelph. The internet was very slow for a week like 3-5 minus to open a page, but I noticed that if I download files the speed is pretty decent like 300-400 Kb/sec. It found that odd. I scanned my system with my NOD32. It removed 7 trojans. I rebooted, and lo!, Rogers is fast again. Interesting the fact that before I scanned with Ad-Aware and SpyBot. they found nothing.
