Hi. Thanks for your feedback. Make sure that you have supplied all of the demographic information requested at the top of the first quiz page - if those fields are not filled out, you will get an error and will not be able to continue to the next page. A current issue we are working on is that there are instances where the page does not automatically scroll back up to the top so that you can see those errors and therefore it can seem like the "next" button doesn't work.

Wow, this is great. Thanks for all the detailed feedback. Some of these we are already considering (zip code for location), others are polishing that we need to get to (javascript title tags, page title tweaks, changing userid) and will hopefully implement sooner rather than later.

Looks like the 403 error on the about page was a slideshare and/or S3 hiccup which seems to have uh self-healed.

I just added a "General" Path 101 product to Get Satisfaction.

Thanks for mentioning this - I appreciate catching details like this. I've grepped through the code many times looking for gratuitous redirects caused by missing trailing slash but missed this one.

The fix is committed but may not be pushed to production for a few days.

You make a good point and this is exactly the kind of feedback we are hoping to get from early users like you. We're working on revising the questions with issues like this in mind. Thanks!

good points - we've already committed your suggested change about the red error text (change is not yet live) and are working on retaining slider settings after an error. thanks for reporting these.
