A comment on the idea "Flash support for the iPhone!" in Apple:

The iPhone has made me wish that websites weren't so Flash dependent. Sometimes Flash use is just... flashy, and doesn't add to functionality. I've seen many websites that require flash when they could really do fine without it. How about providing an alternative (non-Flash) menu system, for example, when Flash isn't available? (menus are virtually free to program, and if you do it right you can update both at the same time)
I know, I'm asking to change the World, rather than change the iPhone. I still think iPhone needs Flash, but that Flash is overused.
A comment on the question "How can I import old iMovie projects?" in Apple:
Nuts. Posted too soon. The video clips came in fine, but the transitions (replaceable) and the sound (not) failed to load. I imported the .wav files into iTunes and can see them in the music options, but the program isn't letting me move them into the editing frame to recompile them. The good news is they seem intact. The bad news is that iMovie is ignoring them. – Kevin Makice, 3 days ago

It didn't directly, but it did help me ask the right questions here.
My iMovie projects were just straightforward directories. I could see the .mov and all of the clips within a Media file already. That's the way it looked on the iMac where it was originally created, as well. Maybe the package thing started with the next version of iMovie.
This was successfully solved, though, by changing the folder name to *.imovieproject, creating a new iMovie project in the current version, and then importing the renamed project. It seemed to preserve everything.
Thanks for the quick response on this. Stress levels subsiding.

I dont think so. If it had been addresses that actually were places of interest I could see that, but unfortunately these popped up addresses are bars (and sleazy ones at that) It would seem that my dear old man has been a very naughty boy or the gps gets up in the middle of the night, takes the car keys, goes for a drink and then comes home to sleep it off.

llmam replied 4 days ago to the problem "Is anyone else having problems with the customer service operators for Magellan. I have spoken to 9 of them in the past three months and I can get a straight answer about my order or anything else." in Magellan GPS:
Same story here, I have been calling support for months. I was dumb enough to return my product. I have made numerous calls (communication is terrible-English is not a first language) always being told my product was received and my refund is in processing. By the way the shortest call was just under 30 minutes and I was placed on hold multiple times every call. The last call, again going through the whole explanation and confirmation questions, my receipt was requested to prove I returned it , I had already been told the item had been received. They confirmed the item was received with every call I made. Why do you need proof you sent the item if they have already received it???? I faxed the receipt and guess what???.....they haven’t called back and no refund.
I’m mailing a letter to the address I sent my return and if I ever find a another physical address, I plan to send copies to see if that works. I'm giving them two weeks to respond before contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s Office!!
The product may be good but BEWARE as they do NOT handle customer service well (If at all). Now I have neither my product or the money deducted from my checking account or the money spent to return it. If you have doubts that the service is that bad just search Magellan complaints on the internet.

damon.hargraves replied 8 days ago to the problem "Time Machine Failing" in Apple:
To clarify, I'm using a Drobo external hard drive. It is plugged into my MacBook Pro via USB.
The hard drive that was replaced, was my internal drive in my computer. After replacing this drive, I used a system disk to help restore all of my files onto this new drive from my Time Machine backup.
Ever since the restore I have not been able to use Time Machine to backup successfully.
