I tried to make memory overhead.
When ModestMaps loading some tiles it consume memory, so i start to pan and zoom.

In 15 minutes i have 200 Mb of memory used.
When conumtion reach 200 Mb limit ModesMap free some memory.

I can't to make it to use more than 200 Mb.

Do you think this solves the problem? Mark it as solved

I wrote a google maps provider and Ingit.ru map provider.
