I can't find the application data folder on my computer (vista) - the directions dont work.

Wouldn't it still not work if I restarted the program if it was a API count problem?

After a few hours of use (ranging from 3 to 8 or more) the health indicator falls and eventually ends up at 0%. I can not receive messages, reply, or send. The only way I can correct it is to restart Twhirl. How can I fix this?
