Hey guys, really sorry about the problems today and lack of post about it so far! We're all working really hard on a bunch of things to try and kill the worst of the slowness and will post more info & a status report tonight.

this doesn't happen automatically. The dropbox owner (jazzanova in this case) chooses to put the received tracks up or not. Give them a few days and I'm sure you're track will be featured in their remix player.

But there isn't a limit on amount of characters on track description. We only show a certain amount and then add a little "read more" button when the text gets long.

Hi mixerguy, refreshes are done every 30 days from the date you signed up/upgraded your account (i.e. not a fixed date, different for different users).

Sorry for the slightly confusing UI when changing a monthly to yearly Pro Light account. What you need to do is to cancel your current pro account and then you'll be able to buy a years worth of Pro (when you cancel the button that's currently greyed out will start working again).

Nope, not down. We're having a lot of load on the servers right now so its unfortunately a little slow at times. We're working on this though and its top priority!

Sorry, its a glitch on the overall stats page right now (indicidual track stats still work). We're on it and will have it fixed in an hour or two!
