Ok, I did everything you said and it works. Thank you.
BUT still, this is some kind of workaround.
Would love to see a full support for MTP mode out of the box in the upcoming release.

To update the status on this:
I just installed version 1.3.0-1216.
The problem is __STILL__ present.
Dragged a whole album to my SansaClip.
2 of 11 songs were transfered to the device.

Happens when I fetch album art and with every file.
All Files are MP3.

I have installed Songbird 1.2.0b1, Build 1120; apart from the improvements and other nice things it does not affect this bug _at all_.
