I guess atebits is not even watching this here. I mailed support@atebits.com about this issue. If that helps...

BTW, as the original reporter of this problem: due to missing support for my central desktop experience (FF3), and thus no installation and access to the service at all, I already have completely forgotten what Loki is all about. The only way I know it still exists is by getting new comments in this getsatisfaction thread via mail. Just telling you that you guys know you are loosing users for something that probably does not even take a day to build.

Post link feature is missing on the websiteHi Greg, I can't find a post link feature on the Mento site itself - is the browser extension really the only way to post links? I know it's much simpler to have a browser button, but what when you are on a friend's computer that does not have (or does not want) the extension installed or if you are using a browser that does not allow such an extension (eg. mobile phones).
Greetings,
Alex
Alexander Klimetschek marked one of Ryan Sarver's replies in Loki as useful. Ryan Sarver replied to the problem "Firefox 3 does not allow the toolbar to be installed because "it does not offer secure updates"". Alexander Klimetschek and 2 other people think it's one of the best replies.

Then please
a) set the compatible with versions flag in the extension so that Firefox knows it cannot be installed on beta versions of 3 yet
b) declare this on the download page
Or even look at it now, because the beta versions are already very, very stable (using it for a few weeks already, since beta 2). It's much better than FF2 since it has become fast again and doesn't suck up more and more system resources when the browser is running for a long time and many tabs are open. That's why many people (geeks ;-) are already switching over to the beta.
AFAIK they won't change any features in the betas anymore, so it's the right time for extension developers to prepare for 3 so that you are already done when the final release comes out.

Firefox 3 does not allow the toolbar to be installed because "it does not offer secure updates"Firefox 3 (exactly beta 4, haven't tested other versions) does not allow the toolbar to be installed because "it does not offer secure updates". This error message pops up once the download of the xpi is finished and removes it automatically without installing it at all - the user has no choice to install it anyway.

New setting for graphs: 1 work day = 9 h?Hi,
in the graphs for longer periods (eg. forever) when a certain tag already has many hours, the unit of display becomes "days". It looks very much 1 day = 24 hours is used (which is correct ;-)). But I'd find it rather useful to define a "work day" time span (eg. 9 hours) that would be used here. Because being productive for 2 weeks = 10 days = 10*9 h = 90h currently displays as 90/24 = 3.75 days, which looks kinda wrong.
Thanks,
Alex!
