The reports don't give the detail information of the stack trace (function call). And I'm not quite familiar with MacOS :( Some other guys might be able to help. Or as a suggestion, there are a bunch of improvement for the watch folder feature in the 1.4 branch build. It's recommended to take the build 1332 if you're interested.

After sending the crash report and launching Songbird, you can type "about:crashes" in the address bar and it's supposed to give you the crash id(s).

Here is one to disable the watch folder feature before you launch Songbird:
- Go to your profile directory as explained in http://wiki.songbirdnest.com/Getting_...
- Open and edit prefs.js
- Search for "songbird.watch_folder.enable" and set the value from "true" to "false".

To launch Songbird now should have the feature disabled.

As for the crash, does any crash report dialog pop up? If yes, you might want to send the report and post the crash id here. This could be helpful for further digging on the issue.

kouject, several things that you might want to have a try:

- Is your cdrip addon for build 1332 as well? Make sure you have the corresponding addon for your build. For example, the cdrip for build 1332 is http://developer.songbirdnest.com/bui...

- Could a new Songbird profile do any help in this case? http://wiki.songbirdnest.com/Getting_...

- Maybe try to grab a later build and try again? It's possible that certain nightly build has some problems/bugs that have been fixed in the latest one.

- Last, it might also be helpful to check whether your CDs + CD driver work with other cdrip apps on the same Windows box.

Could you please share with us which specific build are you using? (help->About Songbird) The CD RIP is supposed to work with 1.4.0 b3 build: http://wiki.songbirdnest.com/Develope... (build 1303) and later.
