Hi Fran,
I have just tested this: I tried downloading PDFs for invoices and estimates, both old ones and new ones, and it seems to work fine for me.
It could have been a temporary server glitch, or a specific issue with the type of estimate you are testing it with.
Please try again and let us know. Regardless, we will look into it an make sure everything is running smoothly.
Thanks,
Ali

Hi Rochelle,
While ballpark doesn't allow you to specifically designate multiple payment increments, your client is free to specify any payment amount in the paypal payment dialog on the Clint View.
Additionally, if you are not using PayPal to receive payments, you click the "Receive a Payment" button in the sidebar of the sent invoice view to manually record a payment of any amount.
Ballpark will log this payment, along with any notes entered.
Your client will see these payments listed on their view as well.
Maybe you could just let your clients know that you are OK with multiple payments in the notes section of your invoices?

The fix for this has been committed and should appear on the live app tomorrow.
Here is an example of an extreme situation (long currency code, large money value), you can see that it should handle very long currency strings without issue now:
Additionally the internal view currency columns have been improved as well.
