Isn't this kind of part of the "news of the future" kind of idea?

skribit homepage titles too big

This isn't a show stopping problem, but still a problem. On my 17inch monitor, the skribit webpage looks a little crowded.

I think the titles* are the problem- too big. The titles on the FAQ page are a better size.
(* ie "blogged, recent, popular")

oh, and on profiles the titles are also too big. I can't just zoom out/resize in FF either, as the regular text is just right.

FF3RC1, Leopard, 17inch screen, 1025x768.

Perhaps blogging about the new release on skribit's blog will help people who haven't been with skribit from the beginning know that it is a new, exciting, non-stagnant project.

I thought I'd start this discussion as I was talking to a friend of mine and fellow skribit user, and he didn't know that there was a new shiny skribit release to look forward to in the near future. Skribit needs to communicate better.

How about a twitter bar for @skribit on the home page? Following Skribit and Stammy on twitter is how I keep up with skribit stuff.

Blog more, please! :) Oh, and website improvements (like the FAQ update) should be rolled out quicker. I hope this is constructive criticism.

just in case this is a client side issue, have you tried to "shift refresh" (that's the key on the keyboard and clicking the refresh/reload in your browser) to see if that clears your cache?

I guess this is a problem. Using Leopard on a G4, the FF beta 3 (the one just before RC1) erm, with open dns. Probably no funky cookies, noscript appears to be clear.

I think it would be cool to add a box on the skribit home page (could use some tweak love btw) that has the "recently blogged" title. While I don't think "recently suggested" or "popular" should go away, I'd like to see stuff that has actually been blogged. I really hate how I see an interesting suggestion, and then forget about it before it's actually written about. So- a "recently blogged" section on the home page would be rad.

web page functionality: when you log in, you stay on the log in page. I was "huh, I thought it worked. log in. log in again." then I noticed it said, up the top, really small, "Hi Creative hedgehog!"
