Hi everyone. Please try logging out of Plus+ from within eliminate, exiting the app, relaunching and logging back in.
We have though, had reports of users receiving their promotions up to 24 hours later.
We do realize there is an issue and would help us out extremely if you emailed support@ngmoco.com with your Plus+ gamername, device, OS version, region (where you live) and time of day when you attempted this after waiting.

I think I know what you mean.
So, if you click the link above and then click Eliminate, you will see all topics under all categories there for that game.. I don't see a way to limit it to a specific topic category like questions though.
If this is something specific you'd like to see, I'd encourage you to contact getsat themselves about it. We'll do the same on our side.

getsat is already organized into specific products, though it is up to the users to make sure they are properly categorized to begin with.
We moderators can adjust afterward, and we do make a conscious effort to do so.

Thanks for your feedback. I'd just like to point out that our new play model has provided a deeper level support and commitment than previously possible.

We've been able to more deeply engage with our users, get their feedback and implement fixes and changes based on what they want.
In actuality, many many users are enjoying the game experience we're providing to them at no cost. They're getting a full version of the game and being able to decide if they want to engage more deeply. We're being completely open and available to our consumers and are getting way more feedback than is possible if we were to have charged for the game up front without allowing users to experience it first.
Again, thank you for your feedback and we look forward to hearing more specifics. We want you to enjoy our games and are continually moving toward it.

For normal gameplay, it is about 20 kilobits per second send, 20 kilobits per second recieve. Of course, these are complete ballpark estimates and we can't make any guarantees about that.
When first launching the game, data transfer will likely be higher while it downloads updates information from the server. Unfortunately, we don't have a good estimate on this for you.
Again, this info is not exact, so we can't official ensure any data usage on plans that aren't unlimited.

Targeting helps you aim your weapons better, and results in all your weapons doing more damage.
Cloaking is available on some armors and allows you to be persistently transparent. It won't be as powerful as the cloaking pick up, but could be the difference between another player spotting you or someone else first.
