Please read the descriptions again. You will only get another shot at certain upgrade levels. For rocket launcher, I believe it's at level 4, you will have 3 shots, level 7, 4 shots, and level 10, 5 shots.

For normal gameplay, it is about 20 kilobits per second send, 20 kilobits per second recieve. Of course, these are complete ballpark estimates and we can't make any guarantees about that.

When first launching the game, data transfer will likely be higher while it downloads updates information from the server. Unfortunately, we don't have a good estimate on this for you.

Again, this info is not exact, so we can't official ensure any data usage on plans that aren't unlimited.

Just to confirm your statement, we have discovered that colon (":") and semicolin (";"), which is allowed by plus+ is not allowed by Eliminate.

We are modifying Plus+ to no longer accept those when creating new accounts.

Targeting helps you aim your weapons better, and results in all your weapons doing more damage.

Cloaking is available on some armors and allows you to be persistently transparent. It won't be as powerful as the cloaking pick up, but could be the difference between another player spotting you or someone else first.

Where are you in the world?

Are you playing on wifi? 3g? Do you have issues with both?

What router are you using with wifi? Does it have a built in firewall or ad blocker?

What hours of the day are you experiencing these issues?

Davy, see Mary Jane's answer above. We have a bug right now where devices set in unsupported languages are not pulling text properly. If you switch to english, it should come up properly.

After some digging with your username, we've found an error with having either the ":" or ")" character in your username for logging into the HQ.

We'll work on a fix for this, but if you'd like to start playing immediately, please create an account without those characters.

If you'd like to keep your email address while recreating the account to not have those characters, we can delete your account so you can start over. Please email us at support@plusplus.com and link this thread as a reference (you'll have to email us from the same email account the username tied to, so that we can verify).

-Username you are choosing is too long

-Username you are choosing has characters we don't accept

-Part of the username is hitting our profanity filter

-Lastly, you are connecting on a router that has a built in firewall or adblocker feature that our plus servers can't get passed.

If you email support@plusplus.com with the username you're trying to obtain, we can help you with the first three bullets above.

You are paired based on skill level, not rank.

Most likely, the matchmaking system saw you winning games and paired you with more challenging opponents.
