Allison's dashboard

I have used Sparkle to log in for the last month (and I love it, btw.) When I returned to the grid via the official viewer, I found that the textures my avatar was wearing (always wears) had disappeared from inventory. I followed all SL guidelines for resolving the issue, and submitted numerous tickets for assistance, but it seems that the items worn by my avatar at the time of last regular viewer log-in, which include shape, clothing, and body parts, have permanantly disappeared. As the body itself cannot be loaded, my avatar can no longer change appearance, and remains (for now) an indistinct blob.

Is this a possible Sparkle glitch? It wasn't my first thought, because it's my understanding that all the missing items should always be stored on LL servers, and that method of grid access shouldn't have any effect.

Appreciate any help or suggestions available!
