So for some reason I can make portals today. I have no clue why, but I can.

I can't make a portal
I can push the portal button on my toolbar and i can fill out the URL and title space, but when I go to create the portal I can't click the button. I also can't click the X button. I have to close the page or go somewhere else. I just started and I would really like to be able to create portals. :D
