The number to contact Verizon's Credit Reporting Department is 1 877 325-5156.They should be able to help with correcting errors in credit reports. I hope this helps

I just happened upon your question that you have.I work at Verizon,and I have a number you can call for our credit report department.I am not currently at my office so I will post it as soon as I can.This should take care of the problem to get the negative feedback off of your report
