A comment on the problem "TOM TOM refuses to repair their products not under warranty" in Tom Tom:
This is totally disappointing. I can't believe that I would be so stupid as to pay for a warranty that your company will not honor. This is NOT people being careless, but a faulty design on the company's part. I am upset that you will not fix my product, but am disgusted that a company rep would tell people that the company does not intend to even START honoring its warantees and even worse, to tell its customers to go to a completely different company to get service for their product. These are not companies affiliated with TomTom. Why should we trust people who are not even TomTom employees to fix our expensive GPS systems? Moreso, what does it say about a company that won't even stand by their work? Probably that their product is cheap and shoddy, which we have all found to be true.
