Why your email address info@joby.com is always a "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)‏"???? I've tried it with hotmail and gmail, both failed to deliver?????

Dear,
I bought a gorillapod recently when I was having a vacation in Vancouver, Canada. Accidentally, it was broken into two. What can I do with it? Is there any maintenance service in Hong Kong (my hometown)?
