Thanks - I just checked and there was a temporary problem which should now be fixed. Thanks for pointing it out! Next time the process runs (I think you set your polling to low frequency, so this should over night - UK time) it should start posting. same problem for me, except when I hover over the icon it just says it hasn't checked yet (new feed?), even though I signed up a couple of days ago. how long does it take?

That error probably means that twitter had a problem at the time twitterfeed tried to post the update. In a case like this twitterfeed will try to post again the next time it's scheduled, so unless the problem persists it's almost certainly down to a temporary issue at twitter.com's side.

I have the exact same problem - signed up last night, posted my blog rss for the first post, then nothing after that. I'm getting a "500" error saying "can't connect to Twitter.com:80 bad host name Twitter.com"

Hey, I set up a feed for my blog RSS last night, the first post posted to Twitter fine, and now I'm getting a "500" error saying "can't connect to Twitter.com:80 bad host name Twitter.com" - any idea what's up? my feed is americablog - thanks for any help you can provide.
