Suddently, repeatedly, Foxmarks has difficulty resolving local/server marks

Recently, and consistently, Foxmarks can't resolve some bookmarks between server and local add-on. However, said bookmarks do not seem to have been updated at all. Look:

If Feedly would have a "web-visible" mode, then selecting the items to appear in that mode would add to their significance much more than uncommitted tagging.

20% of us would love to edit such Feedly "web magazines", 80% would subscribe to them wondering how us 20% have time for all this.

I found this discussion when Mediaflow wouldn't work on a day-old Songbird install (XP). I thought I'll give a spin to installing the Album Art manager add-on, but when I locate that add-on, the Install button isn't active. What am I missing?
