A comment on the problem "Block User isn't blocking users :(" in Plurk:
the current block scheme does not prevent a blocked user from seeing & responding to *my* responses in a 3rd person's timeline. Seems like block should make me invisible and inaccessible to them in other peoples' threads as well as my own. Are there plans to implement a more effective blocking? And if you don't mind my asking - if not, why not? Thanks. – bc, on August 27, 2008 18:16

Please assist us with the ability to block a specific user from appearing on our timelines. We would like to be able to select a user and then be assured that their plurks and plurk responses don't appear on our screens. For example, if spammer spams my friend then when I look at my friend's plurks in my timeline I should not see messages from spammer.

Amir, why not make it a business? It's a really great product ! The problem is that I'm using it on a daily basis for my job, and I would be pretty pissed off if you once decided to shut it off, for a reason or another. Of course a business doesn't guarantee that it will live forever, and you might also consider to opensource it? Or sell it? Or joint-venture it? or whatever you may think is good for it? All best – nicedexter, on August 18, 2008 20:06
