A big problem for us is that our users come from a lot of different countries and speak a lot of different languages - - and hiring people to manage our support would be a big expense for us, since we would need people from a lot of different countries. We are currently trying to solve this issue with our own multi-langual support platform which should launch in the beginning of 2010:

We are currently looking at how to solve the issue with our mobile page upgrade. Thanks for your understanding.
Kind regards,
Amir, lead dev of Plurk

There isn't such a list, but you can use tools such as FireBug ( http://getfirebug.com/ ) to find out.

The "via link" is an application link - it can't link to the original post on Plurk. And it's not possible to use HTML in status updates. – Amir Salihefendic, on September 08, 2009 11:33
A comment on the question "Change Plurk Link on Facebook" in Plurk:
The thing is I don't think you are right. You are wrong and I have already presented that 1) we present the link so users can check out responses and 2) a lot of our users (120.000++) don't care about the link being there.
Your attitude towards "customer is always right" is also flawed. One should only do things because they make sense for everyone, not because it makes sense for a few users.
This is the last comment from me on this matter. – Amir Salihefendic, on September 07, 2009 20:34

If the link was such a problem then you would not see 100.000+ users using our FB integration... And we would receive LOTS more feedback on getsatisfaction or our contact form from these 100.000+ users which use this feature.
I.e. your problem with the plurk link is not to be found in the general majority that use this feature. – Amir Salihefendic, on August 30, 2009 22:47

http://www.facebook.com/apps/applicat... : There are currently 122.000+ monthly active users using Plurk's FB integration. Go into the review section and you will see almost nobody complain about the link. – Amir Salihefendic, on August 30, 2009 18:59

I have stated my views and I will restate it: we do listen to user feedback, but we don't implement changes until _a lot_ of users want something. If the majority of our users think it's a big problem that links are included in Facebook posts, then we will do something about it, if the majority _does not_ think it's a problem, then it's not a problem that we are concerned with.

Nobody forces you to use Plurk or to post via Plurk. We try hard to create a product that is good and that plays along with millions of users from very different cultures. You and the other 5 users voices are a very, very, very small minority of our user base. I have already stated WHY we have that feature and that we get VERY FEW complaints about it.
