I had the same thing in my log, it took about 6 hours from the logged timestamp before it showed up on the site, so I can just recommend you to be patient :)

Check the log file to see if it is finished uploading or wether it has crashed:

I had the same problem but it just took some time before it actually showed up on the site

After waiting several hours in "Publishing synth" mode I started a new synth while using the Process monitor from sysinternals. I then found out that there is created a log file under \Local Settings\Temp\Photosynther
The last message in that file was
VtApp: Collection completed (79% synthy), but isn't avialable for viewing yet.

So does that mean It will show up "eventually" ?

Is it possible to see if it still uploads or if it has crashed? My first synth has been in "publishing synth"-mode for hours now. It's 150 pictures / 110 MB, but my line is not that slow..
