I think you're aiming a bit too high with your pricing. I think Scrumy.com are quite similar, and they are only charging 7$ a month for one project.

It should be possible to add tasks to features without having them in an iteration. This would enable me to create tasks so I remember some of the stuff I have to do.

Yeah that would solve it, but the best way would probably be to consider any values in the pass column as 0. That way you can still see your original estimates. Setting it to 0 would probably be the easiest from an engineering standpoint though. ;)

I would prefer that it's burned down when it's moved to pass. It elmininates the extra step.

Actually I wouldn't want to even update the estimates during a sprint, but I guess that's more of my personal preference. If the tasks are small enough, updating remaining time gives little or nothing as to being in control of what's left. If something unexpected pops up I just add another task marking it as a unplanned task. That way I know what was missed in planning.

Estimates for stories

Let stories be estimated in a different unit than the tasks. Maybe even make it an option.

Story points for stories takes into account that you learn over time, so let the estimates for stories be something for business value in stead.

Experienced the same thing. I would prefer some columns where you can drag between iterations. Maybe the one furthest to the left should be the backlog.

Don't need to many columns just current and next 3-4 iterations. Then you need a function for moving outside visible iterations, but don't need to be that easy. The columns would fix most moves.
