We have resolved the problem. It's likely the email was being rejected because there was extra "white space" after the email. The registration process has been updated to be more lenient with these.

The problem has been fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In order to see the latest update, you may have to clear the "cache" in your browser. It depends on which browser you are using, but for Internet Explorer 7 and FireFox you can clear the cache through the "Tools" menu.
