I know someone else who is also having the same problem. He says he did something and then his name was taken. So it's taken by him, but now he can't use it.

Almost similar problem. We get "Screen name has already been taken" but when we search for a person in Twitter with that screen name, we get "We couldn't find anyone named _____."
