Looks like you made a mistake setting up the from: address.
To change it is very easy: on the right panel there is the accounts list, right-click on the account with the wrong setting, choose Settings; from the panel you get you'll be able to change the Email Address field to the correct one. -

Tomas - try right-clicking on the account you want to set the signature, select Settings and from there you'll be able to set the signature.
