If you're using the latest version, simply right click on it.

Okay, so I updated to the latest version (0.9.2.1) just now. My gmail icon disappeared as expected but the trick you showed in the video didn't work. So I simple tried to choose the gmail.icns downloaded from Chris Ivarson in the general preferences. That gave me a alert message. Can't remember what it said.. Anyways, It didn't work so I replaced it manually in the resources folder and now I can't start Gmail. It gives me another alert message which I have posted below... It's cool, I can quickly create a new app. But I think you should take a look at it, anyways.

no, growlsupport doesn't come shipped with fluid. Sorry.
simply change gmail to english, and badges should work.

The little number only shows (as far as I know) if gmail is set to english.

I agree with number 2. It would be cool if by "locking" actually removed the, for example, horizontal scrollbar.
