Yet again the autopayment fails, even after receiving welcome letter. Ironic, uh?Once again, I got a new 'late' bill from Charter with two months accumulated because the stupid billing system does not work.
I re-register for the automatic payment, I EVEN RECEIVED A WELCOME LETTER after registering for the auto payment, and yet again, they failed to bill my credit card last month and I am now having to pay two months.
I can do autopayments with my bank where they send a check, so it is easier to tell me that the darn system does not work and I will find a way to set up my payments.
Charter Communications is a TECHNOLOGY SERVICE company... And they cannot get their billing system in place, for months, and months?

I can attest the same issue. I set up the auto pay, and two months down the road I get a 'late payment'
I have experienced this several times. At this point I am paying every two months because of that issue...
It is incredible that a company like charter that sells Internet services cannot have functioning systems...
Autopay does not work.
When calling to the company and talking to different reps, they don't get the information down.
Why do I get asked my phone number by the rep when I just punched it in because the automated system required me to provide it.
Charter needs better systems..
