A comment on the problem "Lost account!!" in Spotify:
I can't give out the email for privacy reasons but it appears to be registered to a hotmail account. You can contact premium@spotify.com and they can help retrieve it. – Andres, on November 07, 2009 12:27

Does the issue occur at random intervals or certain times of the day? Also, did this just start recently? When it happens try exiting Spotify and logging in again, that might help us determine if it's a specific access point that you're connecting to that is the problem. – Andres, on November 07, 2009 08:49

We haven't had any significant problems streaming, it's possible that there are temporary local issues but more likely they wouldn't last very long.
Regardless of the speed of your connection it is possible that your ISP is throttling p2p connections which Spotify uses and that could cause this behaviour. Which ISP do you use? – Andres, on November 06, 2009 14:38
A comment on the question "Discography of Red Hot Chili Peppers?" in Spotify:
Mostly it's about scale as it adds another group we have to talk/negotiate with which is why aggregators like Merlin and Record Union work well for us. If we had to talk to each and every band separately it would take awhile to get everyone onboard. – Andres, on November 06, 2009 14:33
