Hi all,

Just an update, but for some reason, Soocial has asked that I do a full rescync of my contacts and, of course, after having painstakingly fixed all of the "other" numbers, they've all be repopulated and I have duplicate contacts across the board. Good thing I backed up before that happened.

Any update on when the new client might be coming out way?

I've noticed another issue that persists in a similar fashion - multiple email addresses for the same contact do not seem to be supported?

This has been happening to me too! And then what happens is that after the fields labeled "other" sync to soocial, they sync back to gmail and double up! Also, here's how my set up works and I'll explain why this can be doubly bad:

1.gmail <-> soocial <-> outlook
2. outlook <-> company exchange server
3. exchange server <-> iPhone

The iPhone doesn't recognize any "other" fields for email or telephone.... so when these syncs happen over time and the info doubles across contacts (i.e. home and other phone numbers duplicate) outlook contacts get bloated OR some contacts will just have an "other phone" field and will not show up as having a phone number on the iPhone *at all*. This first scenario has happened with my nearly *all* of my contacts. Usable but sloppy... :( arghhh

I'm having the same issue as well except it's on for Home, Voice synching to "Other" in 2007. My set up is as follows:

Gmail -> Soocial <->m effectively out of luck.......

Any idea when this mapping will more accurately occur? For the time being, I may have to stop using Soocial :(

So I waited some more and an error popped up about my internet connection... but that can't be the issue -- I was posting here!! :)

Nope, hasn't moved a bit. I have 350 contacts total. Any ideas?

Scratch that... now it's logged in. A miracle perhaps? Let's see if it syncs.....
