Andrew Lyons asked a question in Virgin Media on August 13, 2009 09:57:
Virgin phone/internet/cable services out yet againLast night for several hours our phone cable TV and internet were out of service again! this seems to occur monthly now. Last time it was out for several days and the refund for the entire outage was a paltry £4.50, which is nothing when you consider that we actually use our home internet for business purposes and had to spend far more than that to get work done elsewhere where there was an internet connection.
Not to mention the safety issues surrounding not having a reliable phone connection to the house. We have a child in daycare, and that is the primary number they have.
I don't know if anyone else in the Southwark area has been having similar problems, but this regular happening is the reason we are switching service today.
As a side note, it was funny that when we agreed to sign up last year, part of the agreement was that the access point in the house will be close to the TV and/or computer we want to hook it up to, but when the guy showed up he said it had to be in a completely different room and asked if we wouldn't want to just move our media equipment there. Yes, I'm sure our child would have loved having all that in his room at the time.-

Regarding e-newsletters and menu items and icon customizationTwo things: Consider adding an e-newsletter tool to contact members.
And in the full-on integration package can clients change icons and menu names?
A comment on the question "Examples of slightly and fully branded interfaces" in Get Satisfaction:
Thanks so much. We're tied into a CRM contract until about 2011 but I'm looking ahead some and also checking out other ways we can support our charity's users in a more peer to peer way. I'm mostly looking for an interface we can wrap our current design around: http://teachersupport.info. Thanks for the input. – Andrew Lyons, on May 28, 2009 08:16

Examples of slightly and fully branded interfacesI'd like to see the difference between a slightly and fully branded (white label) interface. Do you have examples of these? Would the Adobe example be a considered slightly branded?
