Thanks for the comment Pete, here's an explanation of the thought process behind the width. Part of what I'm trying to do with the redesign this summer is to create a site that can remain easy to use, update, and expand in the years to come.

Laptop screens are ever increasing in terms of resolution and after looking at the site analytics from last year the current size would only be a problem for less than 20% of users. While that's a decent number it's only going to get smaller in the coming years. Again, thanks for taking the time to comment on the site.

Video window doesn't appear

I've installed the Seesmic plugin on a Wordpress blog running 2.7.1 and have made sure that the theme we're running has the necessary code. However, Seesmic still doesn't work.

When viewing a post the button appears at the bottom to add a video comment. But, when it's clicked it simply adds whitespace without showing the recording window. Any help would be appreciated.

Excellent idea. This would make Postbox exponentially more useful for me. Right now it's great, but in order for me to really consider using it over the long term I would really like this feature.

I've also found this to be the case. Postbox has frequently hit almost 200 MB when I've left it open for an hour or so. While it's not a huge deal it's still kind of frustrating.

Thanks for the idea Jeff. Just curious, could you do this today by changing your trash folder to be your archive folder?
