I'm **so sorry** that happened to you... we're waiting to hear from Choice so we can figure out what happened. It's definitely supposed to be valid for lunch.

Usually the Groupon doesn't go into effect until the **day after** the business is featured - my guess is that the staff wasn't made aware of the promotion until today.
Did you receive the printable groupon coupon? You shouldn't have received it until this morning. If you send me your email address to groupon@thepoint.com, I can look into what happened.

Of course: we'll refund your $50 ASAP.
So sorry about this - we just found out about it ourselves. All we know is that it was the result of a landlord dispute and it was very sudden. What a shame. We're in the process of gathering more information, and we'll be refunding everyone who has yet to redeem by Monday at the latest.
