Can't add venue on Android

This has happened to me multiple times for multiple venues.

I type in all the info for a place; eg.

The Earl of Camden
55 Parkway
(no cross street - left blank)
Camden
Greater London, NW1 7PN
(no phone number - left blank)

And click 'Add Venue' and I get this message:

"Sorry, there was an error adding this venue (check to make sure it doesn't already exist!) - Please choose a city!"

The venue doesn't exist though (or at least I can't find it by searching the app or the website).

Any ideas what's going on?

A separate feed for each would make me very, very happy!

The first thing I did when adding the feed to my google calendar was to try and hack the 'filter' parameter to access the other "reasons"... was sad when it didn't work

It would be great if when you were composing a new email, the (fantastic) autocomplete function that gmail has to bring up your contacts when you're typing in the 'to' fields also used the nickname information on your contacts.

Was just reading http://mashable.com/2009/09/24/google... and noticed how google was using streetview as a stand-in photo of shops and places.

What a great idea! Someone at songkick should investigate the licensing and API situation to see if this can be done to provide photos of venues that no user has submitted a photo for. Could help spice up a whole lot of under-loved venue pages!
