Your response is pathetic!
I have a unit that I registered online, and is less than one year old, and TomTom WILL NOT HONOR THE WARANTEE, because I can no longer produce the paper receipt.

My TomTom WAS purchased from an authorized reseller, and I REGISTERED THE UNIT FOR THE WARRANTEE on the TomTom website.
Even though I registered the product, and it's less than 1 year old (two year warrantee) they refuse to honor the warantee because I cannot produce the original receipt!
I will never buy another TomTom!-
