You raise a valid point, as the only way to know what color is in the swatches is by going into source mode and looking up the rgb values.

Right. But what if I usually use the standard color picker in the pop-up menu and then use the other color picker. How do I match the color without trial and error?

The background colors in cells do not work right now.
We are working on that. I can't promise when it will be fixed.

The bg button just gives the text a background (in Safari) and not the cell, which is what I want.
