The Banana is up, but the live sync feature is not working yet. No data was lost in the incident. I don't mark it as resolved, since we work on bringing the live sync back on line.

Yes, we do. Last one was about 15 minutes before the problem occurred. Right now we are checking if using it will be even necessary.

We are aware of the problem, of course. The thing seems to be related to the servers Banana is hosted on. We're working with our hosting provider to resolve this. We'll keep you posted.

Just to update you on this: this feature is being implemented now, so it should be released pretty soon.

Thanks for reminding us about it - definitely we'll support Chrome, especially after Linux and Mac versions will be officially released. If you experience any problems with Banana under Chrome let us know.

On a deeper level this is really a question whether backlog should be flat or hierarchical. We believe in former, because only then the order on the backlog expresses clear priority. Tags as a grouping mechanism don't break that order, which is why they are the solution we suggest for this kind of problem even though it is not exactly a hierarchy you ask for.

Burndown is not an image, it is a dynamically generated Flash chart. Do you have Flash enabled?

Yes, we are aware of the fact, however right now we are already adding taking Sat-Sun into account because we feel that will address 80% of the user population. In the future a better mechanism is indeed needed and your idea makes a lot of sense. We have to make it into a more general mechanism. Selecting days for each sprint wouldn't be practical - this should be a per-project default. This will definitely be on our backlog now - we'll let you know how things progress.

Interesting idea. We'll consider that for the future - now we'll address Sundays and Saturdays.
