Hi Josh, not right now, but in about a week we're rolling out a new feature that will let you add any RSS feed to our database. So you'll be able to add feeds to Yelp, MSN Local, etc and we'll monitor those feeds for any of your keywords.

We tend to purge data after about 30 days--this is especially true if you've not logged in to your account in that time. This may account for the "lost" results.

Any result you wish to keep, simply mark it as a favorite and we'll keep it indefinitely for you! You can also archive them via the RSS feeds.

Thanks for the additional information. You are right, if you believe there were more Twitter mentions in October, Trackur should be displaying them in the dashboard.

It appears to be working fine now--I see lots of Twitter mentions being caught for your keywords now--so I'm not quite sure why this happened.

We did make some improvements in October to the way we filter Twitter data, so hopefully this should not be a problem going forward.

My apologies for any inconvenience, and please feel free to let us know if you see any missing items in the future.

If you click on the "View Influence" link, you'll get a better idea of how we calculate influence. It's a mix of links, citations, relevance, and popularity.

Have you just started using Trackur? If so, we only show a snapshot of past results. When you save your search, you'll find Trackur picks up pretty much all social media and Twitter updates.

The API is still on the "to do" list. We have a lot of user features we want to add to Trackur first. We're getting through that list and will look again at an API in Q1.

Excluded Domain Name Management

You can now remove unwanted domain names from your Trackur results. Simply look for the "x" next to each discovered item's source. There's also a new "Excluded Domain" link at the top right of your dashboard--where you can manage your excluded domains.
