Improved White Labeling for Agency Plans

If you're on our Agency plan, we've just made it even easier for you to white-label Trackur! You can now get your own URL and we've changed the login screen to remove the normal Trackur homepage.

If you're not on the Agency plan, we're offering it for just $297 a month for those that sign up by the end of the year!

There are no limits on how many people use the same login. You can have multiple people logged onto the same account at once.

If you need each user to have their own login credentials, you will need our Agency plan.

Hi Josh, not right now, but in about a week we're rolling out a new feature that will let you add any RSS feed to our database. So you'll be able to add feeds to Yelp, MSN Local, etc and we'll monitor those feeds for any of your keywords.

We tend to purge data after about 30 days--this is especially true if you've not logged in to your account in that time. This may account for the "lost" results.

Any result you wish to keep, simply mark it as a favorite and we'll keep it indefinitely for you! You can also archive them via the RSS feeds.

Thanks for the additional information. You are right, if you believe there were more Twitter mentions in October, Trackur should be displaying them in the dashboard.

It appears to be working fine now--I see lots of Twitter mentions being caught for your keywords now--so I'm not quite sure why this happened.

We did make some improvements in October to the way we filter Twitter data, so hopefully this should not be a problem going forward.

My apologies for any inconvenience, and please feel free to let us know if you see any missing items in the future.

If you click on the "View Influence" link, you'll get a better idea of how we calculate influence. It's a mix of links, citations, relevance, and popularity.
