Have you just started using Trackur? If so, we only show a snapshot of past results. When you save your search, you'll find Trackur picks up pretty much all social media and Twitter updates.

The API is still on the "to do" list. We have a lot of user features we want to add to Trackur first. We're getting through that list and will look again at an API in Q1.

Excluded Domain Name Management

You can now remove unwanted domain names from your Trackur results. Simply look for the "x" next to each discovered item's source. There's also a new "Excluded Domain" link at the top right of your dashboard--where you can manage your excluded domains.

Client Logins for Agency Plans

Right now it is. We are working on a new option that will allow you to exclude (and better manage) domains on the fly. That should be live in the next few weeks.

Designate a "Send From" Email Address for Alerts

For our Enterprise and Agency plan users, you can now have all email alerts sent from the email address of your choosing.

Simply edit your Profile details and you'll see the new option "Alerts Come From:"

We've added this feature so you can send alerts to your clients, without using a Trackur email address.

We don't offer country targeting as it is hard to do it well--especially when some sites have hosting in countries that are not their residence. If the country uses a specific TLD (such as .co.uk) then entering that into the "Must Include" filter will have the desired effect.
