Hi Stephanie,

There's not currently a way to fully delete a single article. You can filter a domain name from future results by entering the domain name in the "Does Not Include:" box. Other than that, the article will eventually move off the homepage, so you won't see it again.

Actually, Trackur is a global monitoring tool. Keep in mind we're not a search index like Google or Yahoo. If you save a search keyword, Trackur will update your dashboard if it finds any new results.

Some good suggestions, and I think we are almost there.

If you click on "View Influence" you'll see a note taking system you can use for each source. With our sorting options, you can also sort to show just those that you have marked as negative.

At the Corporate level and higher, we offer CSV export so you can add your own notes and send a report to your clients.

The best option is to add a must include filter for "superpages.com."

Please keep in mind that a lot of yellow pages sites are closed systems that don't publish RSS feeds. This can make it hit or miss for monitoring them.

Automated sentiment analysis is highly inaccurate, so we don't offer it at this time. If the technology improves, we'll look to add it. That said, it would raise the price of Trackur considerably, and most of our users prefer the lower cost.

Not specifically because few sites give us any indication of their location. One trick that works is to add a "Must Include" filter and enter "com.au". This would restrict results to just those with that domain extension.
