Hi Renee,

Yes, it should work every time. Enter your main search term, add your filters, check the "exact match" box and then click "Search Articles."

Once you've done this simply click "Save and start tracking" and provide a name for your saved search. Each time you click on that saved search--or login to Trackur--you should see all of your filters saved.

Right now we don't officially support Facebook. We are working on adding Facebook to Trackur, so please stay tuned.

We cover a whole host of social media. Some you'll recognize: Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, Blogger, etc.

We've added sentiment tagging to all Trackur plans. From your dashboard, you can mark any discovered item as either positive, negative, or neutral.

We don't have any limits on the number of results returned. :-)

If you've saved a search on your dashboard, we'll keep the results for at least a month, but if you're logging in at least once a month, we'll keep them indefinitely.

All results marked as a "Favorite" are kept indefinitely, regardless.

If you sort your results by influence, you should see the order switch to highest influence first.

We crunch a lot of data for our influence metrics, so sometimes you'll see that the exact order of influence is not precise--but a good approximation.
