I've just hit a follow limit - I was being followed by 1101 and following 921 or something like that. I was unable to follow anyone new. I unfollowed a bunch of people - now I'm down to around 890. But I'm still unable to follow people. Do I have to wait a few hours or something?

API extensions and doc updates

I'd like to see the following updates to the TwitterCounter API:

1. Update the doc so that it lists all of the returned data - right now it does not include the rank value


2. Update the doc to include all the possible error codes


3. Add a manual update parameter to force refresh of the user's data


4. Return some kind of "service unavailable" response if TwitterCounter is down

I'd be happy to help with this (particularly the doc updates) if you want.

Manual update not working

When I click the Update Follower Count button today the site does not respond.

Actually I just changed the graph to a month and that shows the current number, but the week view still shows yesterday's figure.

Over the last couple of days the follower counts have not updated. Yesterday I couldn't get the manual update to bring the number up either... today, I ran a manual update which moved the number from 919 to 924, but the graph is still showing the same chart ending in 919.

I get a crash in Safari most often when I'm uploading a file from my local machine... but it's random.

Can the "viewed x times" figure be made to reflect rss downloads?

Currently I know that my videos are being viewed more than just a few times as I have a feed in iTunes and other people watch them as embeds on FriendFeed or in TweetDeck. I suspect the "Viewed x times" number is only the number of times that the video has been viewed on the 12seconds site - would it be possible to provide better stats? Maybe a downloads number?

Does deleting a show, really delete it?

I recorded a test show on our Dogear_Nation channel... I didn't realise that it was being Twittered out so some people saw the URL before I could delete it.

So if you load http://www.kyte.tv/ch/97390/308251 then you can see the episode, but I've deleted it from the channel itself.

Is there a way of permanently removing it?

Channel logo is not showing up

I can't seem to get our channel logo (Dogear_Nation) to show up. I've tried removing it, uploading a 40x40 image, etc etc but nothing seems to help.

Sure, I've seen others are using it so I guessed it was OK - I'm just a perfectionist so like to check these things. Glad to here it's on the "we'll get there eventually" radar :-) Thanks for a cool service, guys!
