A comment on the problem "My SocialGo network is slow" in SocialGO:
Lonnagann - an uninformed remark from an uninformed person. If you are not the owner of one of the sites that are experiencing problems, then yo should reserve comments to yourself. And as far as other sites not accepting adult contaent that is off base as well. I came to socialgo because I heard it was a great site and I am sure that for some it has been. But the frustration of pulling over hundreds of members at the drop of a hat to a site with so many issues (whether I am paying or not) is enough to bugg anyone.
So again, I say, unless you are one of the site owners please do not feel obliged to make comment on issues that you know nothing about and as far as the "idiots" remember that it takes one to recognize one.

Hi Eric
I AM trying to meet them halfway. But it seems to me they dont give that same consideration. How do you take thousands of networks offline and NOT even notify the owners or send ourtesy emails to members. Its irresponsible. I have lost members over the past few weeks andl lots of them because they could not log in or sign up. So you tell me, where is there half way mark with me?

The problems are NOT fixed, at least mine are not. And as far as the abusive and aggressive comments, that was pretty civil if you want to know the truth. You people courted us over from ning and we all unstood you were in Beta, but beta has nothing to do with the crappy way we, as adult site owners have been getting treated.
You guys take the site down for maintenance or whatever and you dont even have the courtesy of notifying the group owners let alone the members!
You have problems that you KNOW are there yet you gloss over them and dont even address them directly. It seems that when people like Ryan have a problem it just amazes me at how fast it gets fixed.
So if I sound aggressive its because I am. I spent a long time building a very nice and useable group on nong and they shut us out, then I bring my people here and this has been problem after problem. If you knew there were issues why could yu just have notified us that some features were not complet and given us liited abaility on the site, this way no one would have been disappointed and the expectation of great things to come would not been replaced by such profound feeelings of disgust, disappointment and just all around maddness.
So NO, I will not apologize for my statememtnt before, but I WILL say this, get it fixed or be prepared to loose all of those wonderful site owners you so callouslly wooed over.

I feel like I have given you guys a fair shake, comingover from ning and all. I was not looking for a "free" ride but damn!, will you ever get it right. It has just come to my attention that members could not signup because for some unknown reason the action making my site a pay site was ACTIVATED!, and I certainly did not do it.
Hell, most days I cant even log in to my OWN site. I would suggest that BEFORE you attempt to charge us premiums you fix whatever is goin on and gain a satisfied customer, because right now it SUCKS!!
