Anyone used Siteground for hosting Drupal or Joomla?

I'm very keen to use Siteground because they offer Drupal installation, maintenance & support. They also offer CiviCRM installation and support.

If anyone has used their service it would be great to get some feedback.

Apparently Drupal is not easy to setup or maintain?

I'm brand newbie to getsatisfaction so not 100% sure of the rules etc.

I can suggest a similar service that does offer private collaboration but don't want to mention it if this is not allowed..

I'd mainly like to get input/opinion on the other product vs getsatisfaction
